Guernsey sweaters were originally created as workwear for fishermen working at sea.
obafer has taken this traditional knit and reinterpreted it as a cardigan.
It features a tie-front design and large gussets under the sleeves as accents.
The cuffs are snug, and the color is switched to lamb's wool (wool from lambs up to 5 months old) to prevent itchiness around the wrists.

Material
Similar to traditional Guernsey sweaters, it uses wool from Shetland sheep.
Shetland sheep live in an environment where they experience cold for long periods throughout the year.
To withstand such harsh conditions, their wool is firm and resilient, offering excellent heat retention, elasticity, and durability.
The rustic texture gives it a distinctive charm.
