We are looking for colleagues to work with us at CREER.

In addition to in-store sales and customer service, our main tasks involve daily online shop operations and SNS communication, which might be a bit different from what you imagine a shop clerk does.
To give you a better idea, it's similar to working at the headquarters of a major apparel company.
We handle everything from planning to buying.

Even for jobs like buying, which would normally require prior experience or training, our workplace allows inexperienced individuals to quickly take on challenges. (Of course, we'll provide support.)

Even if you have absolutely no experience or knowledge in apparel, or if you are a new graduate with no prior work experience, anyone can have the opportunity to succeed without discrimination.
All current staff members also started without experience, so please rest assured!

While special skills are not required, we highly welcome those who are proficient in PC operations or SNS, and those who are enthusiastic about appearing on YouTube ♪

【Employment Type】Full-time employee (with probationary period)

【Job Responsibilities】Online shop operation and planning (EC site and SNS management, etc.), buying (product procurement and sales, etc.), in-store customer service and sales

【Required Skills】Ability to communicate on SNS, flexible thinking not bound by conventional ideas

【Desired Candidate Profile】Those who enjoy challenging new things, those who are willing to proactively plan, those who can manage themselves

【Salary】Monthly salary 180,000 to 300,000 yen (with salary increase and bonus)

【Working Style】Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1-hour break)
　　　　　　Holidays: 8 days per month (Sunday fixed, other days on shift basis)
