- Japan Post Bank transfer
- We will ship within 3 business days after confirming your payment.
If we do not receive payment within 5 days of your order, we will treat it as a withdrawal of your intent to purchase and automatically cancel the order.

- We will ship within 3 business days after confirming your payment.

Credit card payment
Pay later (Paidy)
- Charges confirmed each month are totaled at the end of the month, and an invoice is issued on the 1st of the following month and sent to you by email or SMS (text message) by the 5th.
- Payment methods are convenience store payment (at in-store terminals), bank transfer, and direct debit.
- The payment due date is the 27th for convenience store payment and bank transfer. For direct debit, the amount is debited on the 27th.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee is charged with each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payment, the fee is up to ¥390 (tax included); for bank transfer, the customer bears the transfer fee. No fee is charged for direct debit.

• Items that have been used
• Items with a strong scent, such as perfume, fabric softener, or incense
• Items that have been scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession
• Items that have been altered or processed by the customer
• Items whose box or product label has been lost
• Items shipped overseas (except for defective items)
- For returns due to defects or our error, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, and we will exchange it for a new one. We will bear the shipping cost in that case.
- Return shipping
- For returns for the customer's convenience, the customer bears the actual outbound shipping cost.
For defective items, we bear the return shipping cost.
Cancelling an order after it has shipped is treated as a return.
