Watanabe Textile Alpaca Wool Blanket [WT-19-11]

This is a large blanket from "watanabe textile".
Located at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture, Watanabe Textile has operated a factory since shortly after the war, wholesaling original textiles primarily to apparel manufacturers for approximately 70 years. They have even worked with high-end brands that fashion enthusiasts would surely recognize.

This is an incredibly soft and fluffy blanket, meticulously woven from alpaca, wool, and cupro.
The main alpaca fiber is extremely smooth with no uncomfortable itchiness.
A key feature is the cupro, which adds a light feel from the edges.
Cupro is excellent at absorbing moisture, so in addition to the warmth of alpaca wool, it also helps prevent stuffiness.


With a length of approximately 184cm and a width of 106cm, it's quite large, but it's comfortable enough to be used not only as a shoulder wrap but also compactly as a scarf without getting in the way.
It's also excellent as bedding, and children are sure to love it.
Being wrapped in this fluffiness makes time at home perfectly comfortable.
