ALDIN is a factory brand of a textile company located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. They carefully craft their products using shuttle looms, which are now a rarity.
One of ALDIN's embroidery series is "Vacances Torchon." The sight of children playing in the sand on the unique flax linen ground is heartwarming. Among the embroidered torchons, this one features the most delicate embroidery pattern.
As you repeatedly wash and use it, the fabric and embroidery become softer, and the texture improves. The children playing in the sandbox will also appear more vibrant.
Our staff uses this torchon for various purposes, such as a handkerchief, a dish towel, or to wrap lunch boxes.
It's a familiar and durable fabric made of 50% cotton and 50% linen. With each use and wash, the weave tightens, and the width shrinks.
