Returns & Exchanges


■Please inspect the product immediately upon arrival.
■Return/Exchange Period
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
For products received 3 days or more ago, returns may not be accepted even for defective items depending on the situation.

■Returns/Exchanges for Defective Products
In the case of defective products or returns due to our error, we will exchange them for new ones after you contact us.
We will cover the shipping costs in such cases.

■Returns/Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
For returns due to customer convenience, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
When returning the item, please send it freight prepaid, and you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost from our store.

Order cancellations after shipment will be treated as returns, and you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of the outbound trip.
However, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Sale items
• Sanitary products
• Food products
• Products explicitly stated as non-returnable
Used products
Products damaged or scratched by the customer
Products processed or treated with odors by the customer
• Products for which the original product box or product label at the time of delivery has been lost
• Products shipped internationally (excluding defective items)

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience for products shipped internationally.
