Shipping and Delivery Fees

Credit Card Payment
Postpaid (Paidy)
- A bill will be issued on the 1st of the following month for all confirmed charges at the end of the month, and you will be notified via email or SMS (short message) by the 5th.
- Payment methods include convenience store payment (via terminal at convenience stores), bank transfer, and automatic bank withdrawal.
- Payment due dates are the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For automatic bank withdrawals, the withdrawal will occur on the 27th.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee. For automatic bank withdrawals, no payment fee is incurred.

If more than 3 days have passed since arrival, we cannot exchange the product even if it is defective.
Defective products will be exchanged for new ones.

- In the case of defective products or returns due to our error, please contact us in advance within 2 days of receiving the product, and we will then exchange it for a new one. We will bear the shipping costs in such cases.

Order cancellations after shipping will be treated as returns.
