The combination of different materials for the handle leather, lining, and pockets creates a very stylish look.

【Red Rattan】

Ebagos baskets are made from a durable type of rattan called red rattan (benitou).

Red rattan is a hard and durable material that needs to be soaked in water for 24 hours to soften it. It is said to be the strongest among the approximately 300 varieties of rattan.

As it is a natural material, the thickness varies.
Each strand also has a different color.
It may appear dark overall, or have orange or reddish tones, and sometimes even spot-like patterns.
Another characteristic is that as time passes, the skin peels away, and it develops a beautiful color.
