・Payment for reserved items will be due when the items arrive.
・We will notify you when reserved items arrive. Please pick them up within 2 weeks of the arrival notification.
・Please pick up your items at the store or use online payment.
・If you wish to have reserved items shipped via online payment and the total is less than 11,000 yen (including tax), you will be responsible for shipping costs.
・We do not accept any changes or cancellations for reserved items.
・Delivery dates may be delayed by several months. Please note that cancellations due to delivery delays cannot be accepted.
・On the two days of the order reception event, we will not be able to sell fabric or provide gift wrapping at the store. We appreciate your understanding.
