Since our store's operating system changed, we have been handling shipping and inquiries every day except for the New Year holidays. However, due to a decrease in staff, it has become difficult to continue operations every day without a break. Therefore, we have decided to set a regular closing day. We apologize for this sudden announcement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Regular closing day: Every Sunday (from May 16th)
On Sundays, all operations, including email and phone inquiries and shipping, will be suspended. Please note that you can still place orders online on our closing days.
We will respond to emails and chats in order starting from Monday after the holiday. Thank you for your understanding.
