From this year, it has been rebranded as "tao" and is launching a new collection.
The designer, Tao Kurihara, remains the same as for tricot COMME des GARCONS.
While there haven't been major changes in design with the switch from tricot to tao, it marks a new beginning.
The designs evoke the tao COMME des GARCONS era, predating tricot COMME des GARCONS.
For Spring/Summer 2022, the collection focuses on white, offering elaborate items featuring ruffles and embroidery.
