The autumn/winter collection from tao has arrived.
This collection expresses the theme of "happiness" with gentle whites.
While all items are highly recommended, we asked staff members who actually wore them about items that exceeded their expectations and were even better when worn! Please take a look with us.
These two pieces, the top and bottom, which were also used in the title photo, are cute to look at, but even better when worn.
First, the Wool Jersey Intarsia Knit [TN-N021-051] is incredibly cute! (Excuse my limited vocabulary...)
This knit, expressing the season's theme of happiness, has a great sizing that offers a loose, comfortable, and happy fit!
The six-quarter length sleeves are slightly puffed, making them happy!
It has back buttons, but can be worn open like a cardigan from the front, making it happy!
I keep saying "happy happy," but it's a knit that brings joy to look at and to wear.
Next is the Cotton Cloth x Nylon Tulle Skirt [TN-S004-051].
This skirt, with a dreamily cute white (i.e., ecru) cotton skirt layered with pure white tulle, is also wonderfully charming.
The cotton fabric features playful, random U-shaped or partially open circular lace accents near the hem, giving it a rich texture.
Yet, when worn, it doesn't flare out too much, offering a neat and stylish look, which is a big plus!
Wearing this top and bottom together creates a special feeling, but pairing the skirt alone with a sweatshirt or something similar makes it great for everyday wear!
Now, with a different staff member, here are the next two great items.
The Ester Twill Product Processed Pants [TN-P011-051] are pants that even a short staff member (that's me) who usually struggles with wide pants thought were great...!
They are incredibly light and comfortable to wear, and the crisp fabric doesn't cling to the skin, allowing for a relaxed and airy feel.
Since they are already wrinkled, I don't have to worry about wrinkles when sitting, and the ankle-length hem creates a well-balanced look for my 156cm height.
The fact that they can be washed at home is also a big plus.
Finally, one more item.
Cotton Sateen Embroidered Dress [TN-A004-051].
These apron-style dresses can often look too casual and make one resemble a "good mother," which can sometimes be regrettable.
However, this dress from tao is different and absolutely lovely.
It has so many great features: the cute tulle lace at the hem, the square neckline, the cross-back, and the generous amount of fabric from the gathers!
It was also cute worn open with two buttons left undone, layered over a skirt or pants.
So, once again, tao's collection is easy to incorporate into everyday life, and every item is highly recommended.
