At first glance, it almost looks like a dress.
You can wear it with either skirts or pants.
It's like this even when open in the front.
The longer pleats at the back are also a nice touch.
Definitely for ceremonies too.
Perfect for when you're greeting people in public.
The price is appropriate, but you won't find another coat like this.
