At home and when I'm out, the air conditioning is blasting, and it's really cool!
But I'm actually troubled by this situation.
That's because I'm sensitive to air conditioning.
If I'm in a room with strong air conditioning wearing a short-sleeved shirt, I'll start sneezing and get a terrible headache.
I want to wear short sleeves outside, but when I'm shopping at a cafe or supermarket, my body is already cold.
Even though I dislike it, I can't just not turn on the air conditioning in this heat.

So, I'd like to share how I usually cope, along with some recommended products.
First, I'll show you a coordination that's close to my usual attire!
Short-sleeved shirts are too cold, so I often go out in long-sleeved shirts.
That's because I can roll up the sleeves when it's hot and use them as long sleeves when it's cold!
However, I try to choose thin materials.
