It's hot, isn't it?
While Hiroshima hasn't officially entered the rainy season yet, it already feels like summer during the day. During times like these, a dress is perfect!
With no constricting waist, a breeze flowing up from below, and no need to worry about coordinating tops and bottoms – that's the beauty of a dress!
Now that summer has become longer, having your favorite dress can surely help you feel good.
I'd like to introduce some recommended dresses, so please stay with me if you like.

ayanoguchiaya Art Printed Open Collar Dress [dress.59]
First, let's start with this dress with its lovely textile.
The light organic cotton fabric has a slight crispness and a smooth feel.
The appropriate length and width make it comfortable to wear, yet it looks sophisticated without being too casual.
The ink painting by contemporary artist Aya Okumura is deeply tasteful,
making it an artistic piece that evokes a desire to visit a cool, air-conditioned art museum.

noir kei ninomiya Cotton Broadcloth Dress [3M-0010-051]
Have you been indulging yourself a bit too much lately? (Yes, that's me!)
I thought it's good to wear a piece like this occasionally that makes you stand up a little straighter.
This single-layer, ultra-high-density cotton has a glossy feel and is not sheer.
The back zipper opens down to the waist, making it easy to put on and take off, which is a great feature.

ANTIPAST Coated Cotton Dress [WOP168]
This black cotton dress also has a crisp feel.
You might think it looks formal with the frills around the chest,
but it's actually very light and easy to wear,
so I highly recommend wearing it casually for everyday use.

If you're looking for an even more comfortable cotton dress, this is it.
The only issue is the color.
It's thin, light, and stretchy, making it incredibly comfortable.
The hem drops slightly lower on the right when viewed from the front.
Since this dress is no longer in production, I highly recommend this not-too-sweet pink to those who can pull it off. (It's also on sale!)
By the way, the top picture shows me wearing a size M at 160cm tall,
but a size S would look like this:
I think size S would be good for someone around 155cm tall.

suzuki takayuki Linen Dress [S241-02]
This is a flowing dress made of 100% linen.
Being linen, it has a smooth feel and excellent breathability.
The front and center back are neat, with ample gathers on the sides, creating a beautiful drape as you walk.
Its flattering drape, which doesn't spread out excessively, is also a big plus.

Masnou design Dress JS-60 ST [172]
This item will be discontinued at CREER on June 20th.
I tried on two sizes.
I am 156cm tall, and size 2 is a good length for wearing as a dress.
Up close, the thin stripes look refreshing, and it's a completely stress-free piece.

Veritecoeur Frill Inner Dress (Long) [ST-099L]
Finally, an inner dress that's useful when a single dress might be a bit too sheer.
The thin cotton fabric feels wonderful, and the hem flares out softly,
making it a great companion for summer dresses.
