It's May already.
The fresh green leaves are dazzling, and personally it's my favorite season of the year.
Now, R&D and Veritecoeur are still arriving, but most brands' spring/summer items have now come in, so I'd like to share what the staff (K and I) have bought at CREER, including how they wear in everyday use.
I wrote this in a relaxed way, and I hope it's helpful.
K is the youngest and most energetic of the staff(though she's in her late 30s...)! = she has a strong appetite for shopping!!
I can't talk, but there's always something I want too.
What K wants right now is a third one, in another color, of the Veritecoeur Border L/S [FC-037]
and, likewise, the Veritecoeur Gathered Pants [ST-063].
She already has two in other colors and wears them constantly, so she's thinking of getting another.
She likes that the fabric is neither too thick nor too thin.
Thick is hot, and thin is see-through, after all.
Size 3 is a relaxed fit that covers the hips a little.
It isn't striped all over, and the white sections give it a lovely airy feel.
And Veritecoeur's pants are great.
They're just so comfortable, and once you have a pair, you end up wearing them all the time.
These pants are made of thin cotton.
The black is almost completely opaque, so you can wear them on their own.
In other words, they're super cool in summer!!
And the price is almost worryingly low.
The lighter colors are a little see-through, so I recommend wearing something underneath or using them as a layering piece.
They have tucks, which give a soft, airy look and a design that doesn't cling to your figure.
See, they don't cling to the hips, right?
Since I dawdled and there are only a few left, I'll introduce them quickly.
Back after a long time, the R&D.M.Co- Cotton Rib Socks.

They go perfectly with loafers.
She says they have a great vibe. Yes, LOL.
I wasn't sure whether to introduce this one, since it isn't on the online store yet, but it's the R&D.M.Co- no.8007 Color Combination Tote Bag (¥19,800, tax included).
I'm waiting for the no.8008 Mini Mini Tote Key Ring (¥18,480, tax included), made from the same fabric and colors.
They look so cute layered together, so please wait just a little longer.
Next are my own purchases. In other words, things I bought, LOL.
An all-time classic by now, the TOUJOURS Tank Top [ZM44XC05].
When it comes to TOUJOURS innerwear, TOUJOURS is the best after all.
It has a dry, slightly rough texture and doesn't cling to the body's lines, so you needn't worry even if your shirt gets blown up by the wind.
The back opening is just right, so it also looks good when you wear your shirt pulled back off the neck.
And what I'd like to say loud and clear is that it doesn't gape or show what's inside when you bend over!
This is important.
K actually owns both white and black.
It looks well balanced even when worn untucked.
When it comes down to it, good innerwear puts you in a good mood all day.
She also recommends wearing it under sheer shirts or T-shirts whose see-through quality you're worried about.
And on a personal note, here are my purchases this season.
Veritecoeur Unisex S/S Tee sold out once in the store, so I placed an additional order.
It's unisex, so it's roomy but not too big, and I like that the sleeves cover the elbows.
Above all, the cotton-rayon fabric is not too casual, which is perfect.
It has a moderate thickness that isn't see-through, a fine sheen, and a smooth feel on the skin.
When I first saw it at the exhibition, I remember the staff member (a man) who explained it saying emphatically, "This one's good, isn't it? I'm buying this!"
And I thought, "I'll buy it too!"
LOL
The navy is also not too blue and easy to use.
You can never have too many T-shirts in summer.
Personally, I love pocket T-shirts.
I've already ordered a similar pocket tee from TOUJOURS for autumn, LOL.
ALWEL Long Tucked Skirt [TW-3]'s good point is that, although it's a light gray, the see-through quality isn't a concern! (Results may vary from person to person.)
The design has a nice cocoon-like silhouette, with a slightly mode feel as well.
And it's an easy-care nylon-polyester material.
A little rain doesn't bother it. In fact, I might want to wear it on rainy days, LOL.
It's light and comfortable, yet looks stylish (probably).
It might look like I only buy inexpensive things, so I'll finish with this one as well.
chimala Denim Short Chore Jacket [CS41-JT11A].
A staple item whose design changes every six months.
I'd always wanted one someday, but N, who went to the exhibition, exclaimed that it was the cutest ever, and that struck a chord, so I ordered it without even seeing the real thing, LOL.
The deciding factors: the small collar that looks good standing up or laid flat.
The thin, cute light blue color.
And the brass gold buttons, which are way too cute! Those three, LOL.
At first they look like bones, and I thought they were just imitating buttons, but they really are bone motifs.
The back fastening has metal hardware, which you hardly ever see these days!
Now that I've worn it, the inner layers catching, which I was worried about, hasn't happened so far.
Whenever the buttons come up, I flip it over and brag a little, LOL.
And what turned out to be great once I wore it is how thin the fabric is.
It's thicker than a shirt, but thinner than a denim jacket and not heavy at all.
It's very soft, so you can wear it as outerwear, or layer it over something like a shirt. It's extremely easy to use.
Next time, the chore jacket will be in a darker blue.
Personally, I think this one is the best chore jacket yet, and I love it.
By the way, this season's overalls also have double knees, and while different from the chore jacket, the fabric has a similar color and softness, and it's one of the best ever!
I really want them, but they're over budget this time, so I'm holding back...
