International Orders

We offer international shipping.
Please note that some large or oversized items may not be eligible for international delivery.

■ Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.

■ Insurance
All packages are shipped with insurance for your peace of mind.
The insurance fee will be added to your total and is to be paid by the customer.

■ Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on your country or region, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged upon delivery.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid directly to the delivery carrier upon receipt.

■ Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders under any circumstances.

■ Payment
We will send a PayPal invoice to your email address for payment.

How to Order for International Shipping

  1. Please contact us through the inquiry form with the following details:
    ・Item number
    ・Color
    ・Size
    ・Quantity
    ・Destination country
    ・Your full name
    ・Shipping address
    ・Phone number
    ・Postal code

  1. We will reply with the total cost, including shipping and insurance fees, and excluding the 10% Japanese consumption tax.
    A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email for payment.

  1. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order within 3 business days.
    For long holidays (such as New Year and Obon), we will notify you in advance of any delays.

    国や地域により異なりますが、通関手数料/関税その他輸入税などが発生した場合お客様のご負担となります。

    海外発送いたしました商品に関しましては、どのような場合でも返品・交換はお受けできません。

    ■お支払いについて
    paypalを通してメールからご請求させていただきます。

    ■海外発送の方法

    １）お問い合わせフォームより、以下の内容をお知らせくださいませ。
    　　【品番・カラー・サイズ・数量】
    　　【お届け先の国名】

    ２）10％の消費税を差し引いた商品代金に、送料および保険料を加えた金額を改めてご案内いたします。
    お支払いは、PayPalのメール請求書をお送りいたしますので、そちらからお手続きください。

    ３）ご入金が確認でき次第、
    営業日3日以内に発送させていただく予定です。
